DART Underground
Here's an informative video on the DART Underground project and how it fits into the Transport 21 initiative. It doesn't say anything about the mess the project will make of St. Stephen's Green for several years, however.

Boy! That is sure going to take a while and you are right hon. Isn't St. Stephen's Green the wonderful park where people eat and take naps. The beautiful water fountains and gorgeous flowers?
Yeah, it's really a great park. It'll be torn up for several years while they build the Metro North subway station and the DART Underground.
