That looks like my son shelling broad beans on the balcony! How do you cook them hon?
Just boiled for a few minutes and tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper. We also had artichokes, roasted yellow zucchini and steamed asparagus.
Boy! That sounds good. The broad beans sound like endame which I love.My garden is all up. I sure hope I can keep critters out of it.
