After our church service this morning (where Peggy met a bunch of Irish folks and a Brit or two), we hopped once again on the DART and along with many sun-dazed Dubliners, headed to Howth. At the farmers' market, Bill and I dined on brats with kraut and Peggy continued her soup trend and ate seafood chowder.
After we bought some asparagus, pasta, strawberries and scones, we walked along the seawall. We found a bench with an agreeable view and there spent a pleasant hour or so. Bill and Peggy became so relaxed as to lie upon the ground.
For dinner, Bill cooked the pasta with some asparagus and egg. We ate the strawberries on cinnamon scones with double cream.

Woo Hoo! I am so happy to see that Peggy made it safely across the Atlantic. And I am impressed that Bill is sporting the Dr. Pepper hat for all to see. Keep up the blogging, it is very interesting.
What soup will Peggy try next? :)
I tried a new soup today at a little Pub in Carlingford Kevin. It was supposed to be vegetable but was mostly a creamy broth. I had brown bread with it.We are having enchiladas for supper. Bill is making the corn tortillas right now.He won't let me eat soup here.He thinks I get enough in the Pubs. I really like Bulmers to drink with my soup. It is apple cider with a kick.Give my love to Andrea, Trevor, and Tob.
LOOKS LIKE MOM IS HAVING A BLAST. FINALLY GOT THIS BLOGGER THING TO WORK. I GUESS MOM WILL HAVE TO WLK 60 MILES TO GET RID OF THE BROWN BREAD AND SOUP.
